Well today I hit my 25 pound weight loss mark. I worked extremely hard last month to get down, but only lost 2 pounds in the month of April. Then today, I got on the scale for a one week weight loss of 3.2 pounds which brought me down to 124.2 pounds and a total loss of 25.8 pounds. Isn't that crazy? I honestly can't believe it. I still have another 9.2 pounds to get down to my goal which is 115 pounds even so I'm still working hard on it!
