With my collaboration with Adobe Photoshop Elements, I had the chance to try out and preview the new Adobe Photoshop Elements 11, which will be out very soon! I absolutely love their guided edits, and my favorite feature is their Depth of Field Edit. You can add a depth of field to your photos without being a photography whiz. It's an easy two-step process. Blur and focus. Here are some examples from using this effect. I love using it for focusing on a certain object - like in these cases, a pumpkin or a leaf. (You didn't think I'd leave out autumn in this post, did you? ;))

Closed Wednesday, October 10th!
Now for the fun and exciting part… YOU can enter for a chance to win!
Three readers will win their own copy of Adobe Photoshop Elements 11. To enter, simply comment with your name and what you'd use Elements for! Outfit photos? Family photos? Scenery? You name it. This giveaway will be open until Wednesday, October 10th. Winners will be announced shortly after! Good luck!
This is my last post in my collaboration with Adobe Photoshop Elements. You can read all of my previous posts - Creating Collages and Clipping Masks, Adding a Vintage Effect, Creating an Autumn Effect and Making your own DIY Polaroid. Be sure to follow PSE on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Pinterest. And I just want to finally thank Adobe for this amazing opportunity. I've had such a fun summer collaborating with them!

I have been dying for Adobe Photoshop Elements! Ever since taking a design class in college, I have loved working with Adobe programs. Unfortunately, as a college student, I don't have the funds to purchase the software :( If I won the contest, I could use the software for my blog ellen-loves.blogspot.com and for my job application portfolio. I am a senior in college graduating in May. Using the software to produce better quality photos would greatly benefit my portfolio and potentially help me stand-out in the job application process! Fabulous give away!
I'd love to win so that I'd be able to give it to my little sister who aspires to be a photographer (:

I would use the program for outreach and design projects for my church. Right now, due to the economy, any printing projects are considered to a be an "extravangance." That goes for new software. I would like to redo the church brochure, as well as some other design ideas I have in mind. I also do graphic design and logos for t-shirts. The software would definitely help my church with some "kickstarter" projects.
I would love to win a copy of the new Photoshop Elements 11, I am still using 5, and use it all the time to edit our family photos. And for any special cards or photos I need to make for websites or print.

It would be positively wonderful to be able to edit with such a fantastic software! Thanks for the opportunity! Lcenlow@sit-co.net
I would love to be one of the winners. I'd use it photographing life around me. My children, people I love, places with memories. It's a personal challenge for me to take and edit 1 picture a day for a year. I'm extremely unorganized so this is gonna be hard. But I'm here.
Thank you so much.

Hey Tieka,
This is a so good opportunity for me to get rid of some shyness and to finally tell you that I really love your vintage and romantic style. It's very inspiring, and as I was discovering your blog a few weeks ago, and reading a little more about you everyday, I couldn't do anything but liking the person you let people know through Selective Potential.
As a graphic designer (me too: it also has a part in appreciating your posts!), I would use the last Photoshop Elements fr editing my project pictures, and I think this depth of field edit would be really usefull.
Looking forward to the next post,
Alvina from France (et oui, voilà ).

I never use to think about taking photos of older people until I lost my dad. Now the pictures I do have would love to be edited by PSE 11! I have learned to not only to concentrate on photos of the young but the old may not be with us that long and photos are memories we can see!
I would love to win this because my mum is finally getting married again! I am in charge of taking her wedding photos and it would be great if I can edit those precious photos using Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 :)
editing family photos and of course, all the lovely fall scenery!
I mentor high school girls and like to document our excursions together in photos (typically, Instagram). Our time together, behind the surface-level "Bieber" talks and homework woes, gives me the chance to build their character. But I'm saddened by how beautiful these girls are, behind all the makeup and clothes, yet they have no clue, and keep trying to become somebody they aren't.
My goal is to use Photoshop to bring their true inner qualities to life -- on the outside, in high quality style -- to help them truly embrace who they are.
I just started a blog with my sister. I normally use Adobe Photoshop for my photos but when I read about that Field of Depth Edit....so awesome!
I wish I knew more about Depth of field, I really can only figure it out on Macro setting on my camera right now!
This is an amazing giveaway, I would used Elements 11 to edit posts for my blog and for my Etsy shop pictures, I have been looking for a good program for ages but just can't afford it right now!
Thank you!

Hi there! I am really dreaming of getting Adobe Photoshop newest version!!! I dont have one and I would so much appreciate to use it with blogging pictures (especially with artistics effects). Thanks for that chance!
Ah what an awesome giveaway! I would love to win the newest photoshop! I would use it for everything...what would I not use it for! Thanks so much for the giveaway!
I LOVE to take pictures of my family, friends, nature, etc. and edit them. I love to create art with Adobe Elements, it's my "me" time. But, I have such limited time to do so. Raising 3 teenagers plus a toddler leaves very little time for me to do what I want. Winning this would be a great boost for me and for the people around me. I love to take pictures of my kids at events and I also take pics of their friends and let them have them for free. They really appreciate it and would appreciate it even more if I could get them done quicker:o)
I would LOVE to move up to PSE 11 - I'm at 10 - I was a Professional Archival Preservationist for a celebrity for several years and now work on my own as a Scrapbooker, Paper-crafter and in Digital Vintage Photo Restoration - all for which I use PSE - every day! I have really appreciated your posts - I can always learn more - ;-}

Oh! I would love to win a copy, how marvelous! I would definitely use it to make my blog photographs much, much more interesting. Thanks for offering such an amazing giveaway!
I would make a photobook for my daughter's first birthday. Thank you for the chance.
Oh god how I have pined for Photoshop - I am currently using some imitation software. I'm photoshop deprived!
I would use it for my general blog photography, possibly it'd encourage me to branch out into outfit posts.

I use Elements 9 at the moment and would like an upgrade. I use it to prepare images for display and to put up on the internet. As an amateur it is difficult to find the cash to keep up with advances in software, cameras and systems.
I would love to try Photoshop Elements! I am constantly amazed by what comes from the users who use it. I would love to use it for my blog that I'm getting started. Love to focus on house and DIY.

We take so many pictures of our daughter - she has a different outfit for each day of the week - I'm not kidding either. I would love to use PSE to not only organize but create some really great effects and edits on her photos.

Hey !
I'd use Adobe for outfit photos and for everyday photos !
Cross the fingers ! :)
This is such an awesome opportunity! I love Adobe products, and use them every so often for my homework (I'm in art school) and for fun side projects (like making my sister's bridal shower invites!). I would love to win this. Your tutorials have been really cool to look at.
If I won, I would definitely use it mostly for scenery photography. I'm not super into photography technically-wise, but for many years I've dappled in it, and have been told I have an eye for interesting things, which pleases me. Every time I go on a vacation, I take hundreds of photos of nature because it's just something I love capturing, and to look back on those memories is great.
Thank you for this opportunity, both you and Adobe!
Julie
I would love Adobe PE for blog photos and family photos. Pretty much all my photo editing needs.
