I haven’t chatted about fitness in a while on the blog… so I figured I’d do a little update on my eating/exercise routine, how I’ve maintained my weight loss, and to chat about some of my favorite workout gear! As many of you know I lost 35 pounds in my early twenties, and it was one of the most frequently asked questions on the blog for years! And I did end up gaining it back in my later twenties, only to lose it again in my early thirties. And now I’m super proactive to maintain my weight loss, to continue to be intentional with healthy eating and exercising, and honestly I’m in such a good routine right now that I can’t imagine ever getting to a place where I’d let it all go again.
