Hi there! Did you guys have a good weekend? I ended up staying in quite a bit — catching up on some movies/Netflix (and wine, of course) on Friday night. Saturday, Eric headed out of town to play a wedding with not-his-normal band, so I ended up going to his normal-band’s show at this beach bar in Grand Rapids. Hahaha. It ended up being super fun! Hung out with the girls, ate some pickle chips (my faveeeee), drank wine + margaritas, but it started raining, so we called it an early night! Today was brunchin’, grocery shopping, and I took Winny to the dog park. I didn’t really live up “summer” this weekend, but ah well. The next few weekends look fun + jam-packed with music and trips and friends and wine. All the things I love! 😉

Hiii there! Happy Tuesday! Feels like a Monday to me since we just got home from a trip to Ohio. I cannot WAIT to share those photos and blog posts. It was such a fun and weird and unique experience in the best way. But yeah, summer has slightly been taking its toll on me. Definitely living it up to the end, but dang I’m getting tired, and my body is rebelling against me. Hahaha. Hi again! So yes, I’ll be popping in quite a bit more this month trying to play catch up on a bunch of summer content I’m sitting on. So for a lot of collabs lately, they’ve just been for Instagram. But we take these photos, and I only post one or two to IG, and then the rest… don’t go anywhere! So I’m going to start making sure even if I do a collaboration or a post just for Instagram to try and make it a blog post too. And I love this outfit, and wear it quite often in the summer! I’m definitely into the monochromatic outfits lately. My last post… all black. This post… all white! August, you dreamboat you! I seriously love this month. It’s definitely my favorite summer month — and it’s my second favorite month of the year. October is definitely first. I’d say August second, May third, December fourth. That way… you get each of the seasons, fall being the best, winter being the worst, but December is at least redeemable because of the holidays. LOL. These are the dumb things I think about in my head. But anyway, I’m here for this month. I can’t wait to do all the summer things, bask in all the golden hour light, get ice-cream, dive into Lake Michigan, take several road trips. It’s all happening; and I’m HERE FOR IT.

Phew! It’s been a hot minute since I’ve gotten a blog post up! This summer is absolutely flying. I’ve been so busy with everything that just trying to keep up with Instagram alone has been challenging! So I took these photos on June 9 (hahaha) so yeah, I’m a bit behind that’s for sure.
