Recently I took a weeknight adventure in the UP to Hall Farms to see their sunflower field… which is the most magical sunflower field I’ve ever seen. I went last year, but it was just past peak, so I knew this year… I needed to pounce as soon as I heard it was ready. I made it just in time for that late golden hour light. So beautiful. 🌻

I love that I can have weeknight adventures like this in the UP… chasing that golden hour light to a field of sunflowers! I drove from Marquette to Rock, which is about an hour, where Hall Farms is located… and includes this massive sunflower field that’s available to the public! Definitely worth a visit. It’s magical. 🌻

This transitional weather though is my favorite for getting dressed! Layering just makes getting dressed so much more fun and exciting. I just recently got this adorable Evergreen Top from Red Clover Boutique… it’s a perfect layering piece! I brought my jean jacket along with this outfit, but this top would be so cute under a chunky cardigan come fall too.

Tracks along Seward

I had to take photos here on the railroad tracks, because it’s the end of a pretty meaningful phase for me, of time I’ve spent on the west side. Railroad tracks symbolizes a journey in life, and it’s kind of funny they’re a symbol in mine, of places I’ve lived that meant a lot to me for different reasons. It’s the end of one chapter, and the beginning of the next.
