August, you dreamboat you! I seriously love this month. It’s definitely my favorite summer month — and it’s my second favorite month of the year. October is definitely first. I’d say August second, May third, December fourth. That way… you get each of the seasons, fall being the best, winter being the worst, but December is at least redeemable because of the holidays. LOL. These are the dumb things I think about in my head. But anyway, I’m here for this month. I can’t wait to do all the summer things, bask in all the golden hour light, get ice-cream, dive into Lake Michigan, take several road trips. It’s all happening; and I’m HERE FOR IT.

Phew! It’s been a hot minute since I’ve gotten a blog post up! This summer is absolutely flying. I’ve been so busy with everything that just trying to keep up with Instagram alone has been challenging! So I took these photos on June 9 (hahaha) so yeah, I’m a bit behind that’s for sure. I’ve been trying to get out more with my tripod, but it just takes 100x longer to shoot a post. But it’s better than nothing! And I contemplated not even posting these because it was SO humid and my hair just instantly turned to frizz, but oh well.
