Happy Monday! I'm popping in with an outfit and collab with Target x Who What Wear! They sent over this floral kimono jacket to style up from their new fall collection. They've been releasing smaller capsule collections, and I'm loving their new floral print items. This kimono jacket is such a statement piece, so I kept it simple with a pair of jeans, an ivory top, and a gold necklace to accessorize. This jacket definitely steals the show though! This outfit would be perfect for a casual day at the office, or paired over ripped black denim and heels for an edgier look.
I hope you guys had a great weekend! On Friday night, we headed out for cider and doughnuts at Robinette's, stopped to a Halloween store, and then went to dinner downtown and watched a band play for a while. Saturday, I had a girl's day crafting our Halloween costumes, and then that night, went to see David Ramirez at Founder's. So good! Sunday, we had our nephew's first birthday party, went grocery shopping, and ordered a pizza while watching Heathers. Low-key weekend, which are sometimes my favorite! We have a lot of busy weekends coming up, so I welcome the slow ones with open arms.
I was just thinking about how I only have two weeks left until daylight saving ends. I won't be able to shoot outfits during the weekdays anymore (full-time job woes), so I need to take advantage! November, December, and January are honestly the toughest times to blog, but I'll make it work somehow! We're headed to Nashville in November, so that'll be fun. I also want to plan a wintry weekend up north somewhere, and make it a point to travel every season, and not just limit it to summer/fall. Winter here is beautiful too, I just need to force myself to get out and enjoy it more. It's easy to want to hibernate. But until then, I'm clinging onto fall! I'll be back this week with our post from the apple orchard. Hope you guys have a great start to your week!
