Fall forest
I know I keep saying we’re dwindling down on autumn content… but I may have fibbed a little bit. Haha! I have a couple more posts (maybe 3?!) that feel very autumn coming up, before I move onto snowy holiday posts. But Michigan’s weather has sort of been all over the map! Peak autumn color, almost right to a winter wonderland, back to a grayish autumn, and now we’re back to snow again! But Eric and I snapped these photos when it was still peak autumn, which was so pretty this year! I just love this season. So a few more posts… hope you don’t mind, which I mean, how could you? Look at those colors!
Did you guys do any Black Friday or Cyber Monday shopping?! I bought a few things from Madewell (of course). I picked up this sweater-y wrap top, THIS wrap top (ugh, I know, I’m obsessed, but it had to be mine) and these darling earrings. I also did a little damage at Target on some candles, and their little dollar deals holiday section (they get you everytime) and we shopped local quite a bit this weekend too! I just discovered Glik’s in Rockford, and holy moly, I love that store! I got the COZIEST sweater from Thread & Supply. It’s been on repeat almost every day since I bought it! (And I just realized it’s dry clean only. 🤦🏻♀️)
But phew, did this month fly by or what?! It feels like we just moved back into our apartment, and that was on Halloween! It feels SO good to be home though, especially now during the holidays. We got our tree and decorated a bit, and it just feel extra cozy! I’ll hopefully have photos from chopping our tree, but we forgot our DSLR at home, so we took all iPhone shots… so we’ll see how they turn out once I edit them. I’m a little behind right now, so I’m going to chug a little bit this week to finish up autumn content so I can go into December with a fresh slate (and relevant photos). The woes of a blogger… plan ahead, but not TOO far ahead. Haha!
