Alley vibes
Onto Tuesday! We snapped these photos while we were out and about downtown picking up takeout. My favorite Thai place is downtown — Bangkok Taste Cuisine. They have the best Kow Pad! Plus, I love their veggie spring rolls. So good! I grabbed my leather jacket to throw on top of my gray boyfriend tee and high-waisted jeans. I saw a similar outfit on Pinterest recently, and loved how casual yet cool it looked. I’m all about simplicity + casual looks, but hoping to bust out more dresses once it warms up! It was still really cold over the weekend (still some ice left, as you can see!). We’re getting there though… slowly, but surely.
So yeah, I’m currently at work waiting for a print project to wrap up, so I can get the files ready for the client and deliver them! Rare nights at the office at least give me an excuse to update the blog while I’m waiting! But yeah, it’s been a whirlwind couple of days. On one hand, I feel like time is dragging so slowly and I’m just stuck in winter FOREVER. On the other hand, the year has already gone by super quickly… and winter is so close to being over. I really can’t complain!
This week looks fun — monthly Wine Club with the gals. You can read all about hosting your own here in my blog post. It’s one of my favorite nights of the entire month! I look forward to it so much. Delicious wine, tasty snacks, good time spent with my favorite girls! This weekend, Eric’s shows start to pick up… so that’s exciting! Our summer is almost fully booked between travel plans and his band’s schedule. I absolutely love it, but it’ll definitely be an adjustment from our super slow-paced lifestyle right now. I just need to get used to being “busy” again!
So yeah, not much else is new. I’m excited for Easter this weekend, and spending some time with family. I’m excited for a new month — hopefully April showers bring May flowers. I’m truly excited for those showers though… our city needs a good rinse after this past winter! Okay — I’m off!
